IAAS PROVISIONING & AUTOMATION
▸Provisioned and managed cloudspaces on whitesky.cloud's IaaS platform: multi-VM Linux setups, networking, storage, and Docker deployment. Wrote Python scripts against the platform API to automate infrastructure provisioning without manual console work.
AI TICKETING WORKFLOW
▸Built a production N8N workflow connecting Zammad, Rocket.Chat, PostgreSQL, and Qdrant. The agent reads incoming tickets, drafts a customer reply, and routes based on a confidence score. Estimated 40% reduction in manual L1 support workload.
PREDICTIVE HEALTHCHECK SYSTEM
▸Built an N8N workflow polling the Meneja API every 5 hours, pulling failed healthchecks across managed G8 platforms, running each through an AI agent against a GitLab knowledge base, and posting severity-sorted reports to Rocket.Chat.
ON-PREMISE LLM DEPLOYMENT
▸Deployed Qwen 3 30B on GPUStack on a dedicated GPU VM isolated from application VMs. Managed a fleet of Docker containers (N8N, Ollama, Qdrant, PostgreSQL, pgAdmin) with day-to-day health checks, log inspection, and disk-usage cleanup.
NETWORK SECURITY HARDENING
▸Set up an OPNsense firewall with whitelist-based isolation so the AI VM only accepts inbound traffic from N8N. Configured WireGuard VPN with per-user /32 tunnel IPs; backend services reachable only through VPN.
AI AGENT SECURITY
▸Hardened the AI ticketing agent against prompt injection: restricted system-prompt leakage, cross-ticket data access, and destructive command generation. Ran adversarial test payloads and added magic-byte validation on file attachments.
